Welcome to Styles By Berachah. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any purchase.

These terms apply to all orders, custom-made pieces, ready-to-wear items, and services provided by Styles By Berachah.

2. Orders and Payments

All orders are confirmed only after full payment has been made. Payment details will be provided at the point of order confirmation.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed and fully paid orders will not be affected.

3. Production Timeline

Production timelines typically range between 7–14 working days, depending on the design complexity and order volume.

Custom-made or highly detailed pieces may require additional time. Production timelines do not include delivery days.

4. Custom-Made Orders

Custom-made orders are produced strictly according to the measurements and specifications provided by the client.

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements
• No changes, cancellations, or refunds once production has commenced
• All custom-made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

5. Ready-to-Wear Items

Ready-to-wear items are sold as displayed on our website and platforms.

Exchanges may only be considered in the case of a confirmed production defect reported within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

All custom-made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, preference changes, incorrect measurements, or fabric variations.

7. Delivery and Shipping

We offer delivery both nationwide and internationally. Delivery fees are calculated separately and communicated prior to shipment.

Styles By Berachah is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

8. Order Inspection

Clients are advised to inspect items immediately upon delivery.

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear and verifiable evidence.

9. Product Representation

While we strive for accuracy, slight variations may occur due to fabric availability, lighting conditions, or screen resolution.

Such variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or refunds.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, text, and content belonging to Styles By Berachah remain our intellectual property.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

11. Customer Conduct

We maintain respectful and professional communication and expect the same from all clients.

Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour may result in order cancellation without obligation.

12. Policy Updates

Styles By Berachah reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

13. Acceptance of Terms
